We offer therapeutic groups using Indian classical raga and vocal meditation. This can be an effective way to manage anxiety and depression by learning mindfulness skills using music and vocal exercises. Groups are offered remotely and includes psycho-education on the impact of trauma on our minds and bodies as well as practical ways of coping with day to day stress.
Workshops, training and reflective practice is offered on difference and diversity for statutory services, charity sector and social enterprises. Training offered may include co-facilitation by an expert by experience and invites attendees to consider their own lived experience of difference and how this impacts on their professional practice.
We offer psychological therapy for musicians, artistes and creatives who are experiencing mental health issues and difficulties such as performance anxiety, depression and underlying psychological factors affecting performance/career aspirations. Therapeutic approaches used include cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy and CBT-music.
