Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your confidentiality and information disclosed during enquiries, text messages and during therapy. Any data stored will be via password protected computer files. In the case of liaising with insurance companies, consent will be sought prior to any communication and any information shared will be done so in strict confidence. Paper records will be stored in a locked filing cabinet, and all client data will be shredded within 7 years following therapy completion.  Any emails or text messages received will be deleted after responding, unless required to be stored as part of your therapy.
