We work with arts therapists, music therapists and drama therapists. Where suitable, we will refer you onto an arts psychotherapist who will work with you creatively to reduce distress.
We are linked with arts organisations, theatre companies and local arts projects which we will signpost you to as part of your discharge plans.
A confidential assessment & consultation service by a clinical psychologist which will include a psychological formulation of your difficulties. This includes a historical account of your early experiences and how this has shaped your current difficulties. The initial consultation will enable you to get a sense of how we work and how Lily Arts can help you. Depending on the nature and severity of the difficulties, we will collaboratively develop an intervention plan specifically tailored for you.
Where suitable, we may recommend that you see one of our arts psychotherapists which may be more suitable than talking therapies. We will also signpost you to local arts projects such yoga groups, choirs or arts classes which are likely to complement your recovery process.
