A professional and confidential assessment service for adults, couples and families which may include a psychological formulation of your difficulties. This includes a historical account of your early experiences and how this has shaped your current difficulties. The initial consultation will enable you to get a sense of how we work and how we can help you. Depending on the nature and severity of the problems, we will collaboratively develop an intervention plan for you. This may include individual therapy, group sessions and/or family work.
In some instances, we may refer you to arts psychotherapists at the end of your treatment or after your initial consultation. We may also where suitable signpost you to local arts projects such yoga groups, choirs or arts classes which may complement your recovery process.
